Charles Needham, DBA
Dr. Needham has worked at many colleges and universities teaching courses online and face-to-face in business, management, and advising. Dr. Needham holds four degrees and has served as committee chair for doctoral-level students. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Needham now offers his expertise through C&M Educational Services.
Kenneth Gossett, PhD
Dr. Kenneth Gossett has been a dedicated faculty member at four universities—Liberty University, Walden University, North Central University, and Colorado State University – Global Campus—over 15 years. Recognized for his contributions, he received Walden University’s Rita Turner Distinguished Faculty Award in 2014 and 2022 and Colorado State University’s Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award in 2015. Dr. Gossett has guided 108 students to earn their Ph.D., Ed.D., and DBA degrees while serving as a committee member and subject matter expert. He has presented research at Oxford University on interactive airspace training and healthcare frameworks and helped 21 students publish in peer-reviewed journals. His work, widely accessible on ResearchGate, has been downloaded by researchers in 190 countries. Maria Needham, DBA
Dr. Maria has taught several full-time courses online and face-to-face in business and management while maintaining active research, service, and leadership commitment. She has provided academic and career advising for 150 undergraduate students annually resulting in increased student retention, graduation, and consistent annual licensure exam pass rates of over 90 percent. Dr. Maria has developed course material for the business department and has created course curricula. Dr. Maria has improved the culture of the college, increased employee satisfaction, and led to program improvement. In addition to her full-time duties as an Associate Professor, she created and pioneered the Summer Youth Entrepreneurship program.
